📦 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and ready to dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment being received. During busy periods or new releases, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you in the loop.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship within Australia only. The following rates apply at checkout:

Shipping Method Rate

Standard Shipping $10.00 AUD

Express Shipping $17.95 AUD

Free Standard Shipping Orders $100 and over

Estimated delivery times vary by location, but as a general guide:

Standard: 3–7 business days

Express: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary, particularly for regional and remote areas.

📚 Book Boxes

Book Boxes are shipped via our Bulky Box Delivery service at a flat rate of $15.00 AUD, due to their size and weight. This rate applies regardless of order value.

📓 Journaling Boxes

Journaling Boxes ship via our Small Item service at a flat rate of $5.00 AUD.

🏡 Local Pickup

Prefer to collect in person? We'd love to see you! Local pickup is available from our store at:

Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours of your order being placed. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready — just bring your confirmation email or order number when you come in.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
